There is a science behind having the best-looking lawn in the neighborhood and Wernert Lawn Care is here to help you achieve that lawn. We offer four adaptive packages that will fit your budget and needs.
Our goal is to provide you with lush green, weed free lawns.
Our Four Packages:
Green: 6 treatments plus Core Aeration and Grub Control
Blue: 6 Treatments and Grub Control
Red: 6 Treatments and Aeration
Black: 6 Treatments
*We do offer less than 6 treatments a year, however 6 is normal.
Approximate treatment timeline by date:
Round 1 - granular crabgrass preventer March 15th - April 30th (broadleaf weed control can occur in the later treatments as needed)
Round 2 - second crabgrass preventer application (liquid or granular) and blanket weed control May 1st - June 15th
Round 3 - fertilizer and spot treat weeds OR grub control and spot treat weeds June 15th - July 30th
Round 4 - fertilizer and spot treat crabgrass and nutsedge (additional cost if more than average crabgrass or nutsedge) August 1st - September 15th
Round 5 - blanket weed spray and liquid fertilizer September 15th - October 30th
Round 6 - winterizer fertilization November 1st - December 15th

Signing up for a lawn fertilization package is simple and easy! We calculate pricing based on square footage found on satellite imagery. This allows us to be accurate when quoting your lawn. Our service technicians clock in and out of each job recording the date and time they were there. While at your property, they will leave a lawn treatment flag and a invoice on the door (you can sign up for an emailed invoice if preferred). Our treatments usually occur every four to six weeks based on weather conditions and application timing. This does not include add on services such as insect control and aeration, as there are specific timelines on these services.
Our packages renew yearly, unless a written cancellation is received via email.
We offer a pre-payment option that allows you to prepay for the year and save money. The letter is sent out in February and payment via check must be returned by the deadline. Unfortunately, payment and the due date are not debatable. The reason for this, is we can purchase products early and can pass savings onto you as the customer!
